Srinagar, Oct 31, KDC: A renowned religious preacher and vice president Jamiat-e-Ahle Hadees, Moulana Mushtaq Ahmad Veeri was released from detention on Saturday.
Family members of Mushtaq veeri while confirming the release to news agency KDC said that he has reached the home.
Veeri, a resident of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district was arrested in February 2019 and subsequently booked under stringent Public Safety Act (PSA) and was shifted to Kot-Bhalwal Jail Jammu.
Pertinently, Mushtaq veeri was released days after the release of another much hyped religious clerk Sarjan Barkati. (KDC)
